The Troop Quartermaster (TQM) keeps track of troop equipment and sees that it is in good working order.

Duties of Troop Quartermaster:
- Keeps a list of all items in the Troop Trailer that are broken or are in need of repair.
- Makes sure equipment is in good working condition and assists Adult Quartermaster in repairs.
- Makes sure trailer is ready for each campout.
- Makes suggestions to adult quartermaster for new or replacement items.
- Prepares a Quartermaster’s report and delivers to the PLC
- Coordinates an equipment inventory list and gives copies to the adult Quartermaster, Scoutmaster, and Troop Committee Chair
- Sets a good example.
- Enthusiastically wears the Scout uniform correctly.
- Lives the Scout Oath and Law.
- Shows Scout Spirit.
